Wax
Generally refers to beeswax or another substance with similar properties. In BDSM, it is used for sensual play involving warm or hot wax being dripped onto a submissive person’s naked skin. Depending on the type of candles and its different crock pot temperatures, various effects are achieved. However, heat tolerance is individual and may change if the wax is used on a different body parts. It is very important to be cautios around nipple and genital area, since wax can cause serious burns if used inappropriately. Also, wax is difficult to wash out of clothes and bed linen.
