Any object, situation or body part that brings sexual arousal, but is not conventionally viewed as sexual in nature. Even when including a partner, sexual acts involving fetishes are usually objectified. Body parts may also be subject of sexual fetishes, most commonly feet, genitalia or breasts. It is interesting that most of the literature regarding fetishism is in reference to heterosexual men having fetish on highly feminine items such as lingerie, hosiery, high heels, etc.
